How long with it take for my order to arrive?

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Priority Mail: We will process and ship your order within 2-3 business days or sooner, so allow 5-7 business days via Priority Mail to receive your order. When your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

UPS International Flat Rate:  This is the most economical international shipping method. Most UPS International Flat Rate packages arrive at their destination within 2-5 weeks. Tracking is not available.
USPS First Class International:  There are no guaranteed delivery dates, and no tracking available outside of the US. Although we can not guarantee a delivery date, most First Class packages arrive at their destination within 2 – 5 weeks.

USPS Priority Mail International: There are no guaranteed delivery dates, but most Priority Mail International packages arrive at their destination within 2 weeks. When your order has been processed and shipped you’ll receive a tracking number to track your package at usps.com.

USPS Express Mail International: Express Mail International packages usually arrive at their destination in 6-8 business days. When your order has been processed and shipped you’ll receive a tracking number to track your package at usps.com.

Customs fees may apply to all international shipping methods.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Republic of Ireland, Sweden, United Kingdom.

Customs and import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. We have no control over these charges, and can not tell you what they may be due to the fact that customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for current charges before you order if you are concerned you may incur unexpected charges.

Can I place my order by phone?

Yes, you can!  Please call us at 303-955-2414 to place your order.

We are available by phone M-F 10am – 4pm, excluding holidays.

How can I track my order?

For orders shipped via USPS a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped (which can take 2-3 business days). If you did not receive a tracking number please contact us and we will resend it. Visit usps.com to track your order.

Tracking is not available for UPS International orders.

Are your products really all natural?

Yes! Our ingredients are 100% all natural. Our products are made with fresh, natural ingredients, and truly crafted by hand. We believe in using all natural oils, butters, and waxes that will provide your skin and hair with the most benefits possible, without watering down their efficacy by using fillers to make the recipe seem mysterious and complicated. By using just a few premium ingredients and artisan techniques, we create products for your skin and hair that deliver optimal results.

Are your products tested on animals?

All of our products are cruelty free. We never test our products on animals, and hold our suppliers to the same high standard. We have vetted our suppliers of raw materials to ensure that they are not testing on animals, as well, and that any raw supplies are humanly harvested and manufactured.  It’s this dedication to cruelty free products that has led us to create our unique, palm oil free soap. There has been movement from suppliers towards a sustainable, cruelty free palm oil, however we do not feel that there is a completely reliable source at this time.

How much is shipping?

You can easily calculate your shipping costs on the cart page.

Please remember that international orders may incur customs fees in certain countries, which the receiver is responsible for. If you are concerned that your country may charge additional fees, please contact your local customs office prior to placing your order.

How do I return or exchange items?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Mod Cabin! We encourage you to contact us prior to ordering if you have any questions about our products. If your order arrives damaged or with missing or incorrect items please contact us so that we may promptly correct the error. If you need to return unused items for refund or exchange please send them to the address below. Include the packing slip that came with your package, and a note detailing if you’d like an exchange or refund. Once we receive your package and determine the items are unused your refund or exchange will be processed.

Can I return my product if it arrives melted, or melts while stored?

Products labeled with our melt warning are made with ingredients that allow the product to melt around body temperature, such as our beard balm and aftershave balm. During the summer months, these products can get very warm in transit and may melt into liquid. The Mod Cabin is not responsible if these items arrive melted, however you should be able to place the products in the freezer for an hour and still be able to use them after they return to room temperature. Please note, we are not able to replace or refund these items if they melt in transit. Store them in a cool, dry location out of direct sunlight for best results.

My product arrived frozen. Is it ruined?

No. Freezing will not cause degradation of the ingredients in your product from The Mod Cabin. If your product arrives frozen, just allow it to slowly return to room temperature before use.
